2. Order Processing & Handling Time

• Processing / Handling Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) before dispatch.

• You will receive an automated email confirmation containing carrier tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched from our facility.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The total delivery time includes Handling Time (1–3 business days) plus Transit Time. The estimated total delivery windows below reflect actual carrier timelines to your doorstep.

The exact shipping fee is clearly displayed at checkout in your local currency before completing payment. There are no hidden handling fees.

4. Fulfillment & Global Logistics

To ensure optimal inventory availability and fast delivery efficiency, orders are dispatched directly from our primary international fulfillment centers and logistics hubs located in China and Turkey.

Note: If your order contains multiple items sourced from different fulfillment centers, items may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times at no extra charge to you.

5. Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

All prices and shipping rates shown at checkout include applicable taxes and standard customs processing where relevant. However, any local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance charges applied by the destination country's customs authority remain the customer's responsibility.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, a tracking number and direct tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking data to update on the carrier's system.
