Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling Time:

  • Maximum: 3 business days

Order Processing Days:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM (Midnight)
  • Orders placed after 12:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and destination.

Transit Time (All Destinations in the United States):

  • Minimum: 3 business days
  • Maximum: 4 business days

Shipping Days:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Shipments are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both handling and transit time.

  • Handling Time: 3 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days

6–7 business days (for all destinations within the United States)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order value.

United States Shipping Options:

Free Shipping:

  • Available on orders of $500.00 and up

Slow Cargo:

  • $25.00

Standard Shipping:

  • $35.00

Very Fast Cargo:

  • $50.00

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Customs or security checks (if applicable)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any reshipping fees due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a resolution.
