Return & Refund Policy

At swordslife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that certain items, including custom or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that any item that is returned without its original packaging or in a damaged condition will not be accepted for return.

Return Instructions:

  2. Pack the item securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
  3. Enclose the return form and a copy of your invoice.
  4. Prior to sending any item back, please ensure that the item is properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
  5. Send the return package to the address provided to you in the return instructions.

Refunds

A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Important note: shipping charges of products are not refundable.

The actual cargo values ​​of the products are not the cargo fee that appears in the basket benefit. Calculation will be made based on the invoiced shipping fee.

In return, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer, your refund will be made when the products reach us intact and complete.

Damaged Items
