Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing Days

Monday – Friday

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

Free Shipping

  • Available on qualifying orders of $500.00 or more

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Swordslife is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.
