We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@swordslife.com with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

- Health, beauty, or personal care products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds
