2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

• You will receive an automated confirmation email containing carrier tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.

5. Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

All prices and shipping rates shown at checkout include applicable taxes and standard customs processing where relevant. However, any local import duties, customs taxes, or carrier clearance charges applied by the destination country's customs authority remain the customer's responsibility.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, a tracking number and direct link will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking data to update on the carrier's system.
