This Shipping Policy explains how your Swordslife order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Fulfillment Locations
We are transparent about where your order ships from. Depending on the product, your order is fulfilled from one of the following locations:

- Economy: $35.00 — 10–18 business days
- Express: $50.00 — 5–8 business days
China Fulfillment Center (partner facility)

- Economy: $5.00 — 13–28 business days
- Express: $10.00 — 8–15 business days
The shipping origin of each product is shown directly on its product page ("Ships from"). If your order contains products from both locations, items may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are flat per location and shipping speed, as listed above. The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are in business days and begin after order processing (1–2 business days). Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
