Bijouterie, decorative objects and hobby products Product Features * It should be used in the ratio of A:B/2:1 by weight. (100 grams of Resin + 50 grams of Hardener) * It has a transparent appearance. * It has high brightness feature. * Thanks to its special formulation, it has high UV resistance and is resistant to yellowing. * It should be applied as a maximum of 1.5 cm (15 mm). Usage *Resin and hardener components should be mixed 2:1 by weight. * Scales must be used for weighing. * Mixing should be done as slowly as possible. *While mixing, the "A-Resin" component should be poured into the "B-Hardener" component and mixed at a slow speed until a homogeneous image is obtained. *The prepared mixture is poured into the mold to be applied and left to dry. *Preferably vacuum process should be applied before pouring into the mold. Matters to be Considered *The products are two-component and cannot be used alone. * Care should be taken to use occupational safety equipment during use. Masks, gloves, goggles and apron should be used. *Applications should be done at room temperature (+23°C). *The products should be kept at temperatures between +18°C and +25°C before they are used. *Precision scales must be used for weighing. * The containers in which the mixture will be made and the equipment used must be dry and clean. * To remove the foams on the surface, a blue torch flame can be passed over the surface quickly or a hot air gun can be used. *Low ambient temperatures and low thickness may cause delayed drying, high ambient temperatures and thicker casting than recommended may cause yellowing in the reaction. * The contact of the products with the skin should be avoided. *Products should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be stored at temperatures between +15 °C and +40 °C with the mouth of the packages closed in an airtight manner.
